Is a total scam!

I cancelled my contract within the 3 business days that I was told I could. I even put three stamps on the envelope since no one answered the phones. I am now being billed for the full amount of $1000.00 by a billing company who has no idea what their phone # or address is (come on! They are their client are they not?) Now the billing company says I can cancel for $200.00. Don't think so. With my husband being on disability we had discussed the issue and decided not to do the program. I did everything I was suppose to so I could cancel. Now what?
