Mr. Whitehouse has physicians declared 'impaired' without criteria, because they reported a deficient care/harrasment situation about a favorite physician who controls the State Medical Board of Ohio - Dr. Timothy Nice

False impairments with no criteria except disagreed too strongly with dr. NICE and MADE TOO MUCH OF HIS ADMITTEDLY BAD ORTHOPEDIC CARE - malpractice-type care that Dr. Nice is allowed to continue.

Then what do you do for TAX PURPOSES - impaired because you couldn't satisfy Dr. Nice for patient referrals, understanding and hide his mistakes, gaffes, and bizarre care? THE IRS WON'T ACCEPT THAT DESIGNATION.

Dr. Nice cuts legs nearly off during KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERIES - so the Ohio Medical Board has him certifying Physician Assistants in surgery. Dr. Nice leaves fractures uncasted until they become excrescent and when he removes a cast he cuts himself - he's so out-of-practice with the saw. Dr. Nice takes checks off the top of his practice... So what the Board says.

The State Medical Board of Ohio just votes on physicians. Who have no patient complaints or CME deficiences, that they are impaired if they won't do a 6th 'evaluation' with a criminal forensic psychiatrist (Dr. Phillip Resnick) who has promised to 'deliver' some diagnosis as the woman physician didn't sleep with Dr. Nice. It's a big joke, despite the need for physicians in nearby Kentucky & Appalacia, that Dr. Nice can get any Ohio medical license suspended for not going along with his desires, goofs, antics, and requests for patient referrals. Twice in meetings with the Ohio State Medical Board it has come up that to go back to practice I have to (1) lie that I have what diagnosis they want me to have; and (2) send patients to be slaughtered or maimed by Dr. Nice ie refer to the creep.

Every Ohio psychiatric evaluation asks about sex history - to make out that it should have been ok for Dr. Nice to sollicit patients and understandings for himself during physician-patient office visits. That I'm just a seductive woman on the make - except that I've never been and told him in note after note, phone call after phone call that I WAS NOT INTERESTED. Dr. Nice saw me out of an office window, and I was smaller than him, so he had to 'work' with me. The physician (ME) doesn't need any psychiatric help, there are no patient complaints about her care, appearance, behaviors, drugs or alcohol. This is entirely 'trumped' up and Governor Strickland looks the other way for huge abuses by The State Medical Board of Ohio and only appoints the worst physicians (foreign, black, DOs with less than MD training), lawyers, and laymembers to the Board. Then I can't get a job, Kentucky hires FMGs, and all I did was say NO to Dr. Nice's bizarre orthopedic care and requests. At one point he wanted to tear down an office wall separating my office from his - he just walks in and starts rearranging, controlling, assuming. Should I have agreed to that when this wasn't my office?

FALSE PHYSICIAN IMPAIRMENTS AT THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD OF OHIO with SECRET CONFIDENTIAL FILES that are CONSTANTLY CHANGED AND MORPHED: The Board has to start doing impairments for real things - or Ohio is going to be out huge taxes on physician salaries. We can't be dependents of our parents because we couldn't sleep with Dr. Nice. Dr. Carla O'Day, a classmate from medical school - who studies lightly and drinks heavily with the boys - orchestrated the suspension of my medical license to get back at me for studying - she doesn't and can't study much - she was a 'political' student. Her ex-husband thought HER IMPAIRED - so she sat on the State Medical Board of Ohio impairing innocent victims of her wrath and anger in 1992. Dr. O'Day needed anger management, besides divorce counseling, and in that condition lied about me when I said the 'No' to Dr. Nice. Dr. Nice has a wife and two children, and I supposed they just laugh at the stuff that their father does to other professionals. It's funny to the Nices.

KENTUCKY MEDICAL BOARD NEEDS TO REQUEST GOVERNOR STRICKLAND to look into false cases at the STATE MEDICAL BOARD OF OHIO, and release those physicians for duties in other states where DR. NICE doesn't practice or want certain things done for him. The files need to be opened as to what is going on at the State Medical Board of Ohio. Confidential files are the biggest ripoff.
