Governor John Kasich Ohio
Kimberly Anderson take medical licenses for 20 year for objecting to admittedly bad care, release confidential complaints against state law, allow the Medical Board to cheat on cases to invent diagnoses for physicians

Miscellaneous

Governor Kasich, and Interim Director of the State Medical Board Kimberly Anderson, are wasting taxpayer monies with false cases at the State Medical Board - to the tune of millions. Nothing about those millions has improved the medical care in Ohio, as the State Medical Board goes after physicians with no patient complaints, who practice an above standard medical care in their specialty for Ohio. These false complaints are to get rid of the good physicians. Confidential physician complaints allow this to happen, where the 'confidential' is changed, and the State of Ohio tries to 'find a case' for 20 years.

Currently, the State of Ohio allows 'confidential' complaints signed by: (1) physicians who have not seen the physician for 20 years, but are in a business/personal relationship with the orthopedic who leaves fractures uncasted to ripen (the guy that the woman complained about), (2) physicians who have never seen or met the physician, (3) physicians who are neighbors of the orthopedic who leaves fractures to ripen while he shops for polo ponies, (4) physicians in a business relationship with the physician's neighbor, and (5) anyone in the area who might need money. Currently there are no rules in Ohio about who can sign a 'confidential' physician complaint, and no limit to the number of years that a license can be suspended while the State Medical Board looks for a 'case' - no statute of limitations.

The question is, how can an otherwise intelligent Governor allow this? Does he just not realize the waste, or the fraud, or is really just that stupid? Ms. Anderson has been running 'brutal' costly investigations into physician lives - where the physician has no patient complaints - trying to find cases. These investigations cost about $25-100,000 or more each - with no basis. She's as corrupt as Mr. Whitehouse - who just had to resign.

The fraud at the State Medical Board of Ohio needs to stop. But the Ohio Inspector General's Office allows the Medical Board to break state law and release certain 'confidential' complaints, to allow 'friends' to get their complaints and counter-complain. The Inspector General's Office allows that the State order evaluations of women physicians about their dating life, and spend days of Hearings on this.

The Inspector General's Office allows that the State of Ohio Medical Board 'cheat' on evaluations - fixing Rorschach tests (unreliable anyways), and making up diagnoses that don't exist where the physician is supposed to get treated for that diagnosis or not have a license. When they don't have a case, the Ohio State Medical Board invents a case. But the Ohio State Medical Board would not get away with this except that the Governor is corrupt, and the IG's Office is corrupt. They can 'fix' any case, any fraud, and change any law to 'get a case' against an innocent physician. This seems to be beneath Governor Kasich - but it's not.

Kudos to the Governor running the worst, most corrupt, State Medical Board. Pity he can't find something better to do, ie request a Financial Report from the State Medical Board of Ohio.
