Timeshare Room and Building Differ From Presentation and Fees Rising

I purchase a 1 bedroom timeshare in 11 at a presentation in Houston. Once I purchase and went on vacation the room and building was different. I immediately went off when I saw the place it look like a herd of cattle in the place. It appear that anyone who went on vacation was herded in this building. It was small no kitchen TV was a small 19in in the ceiling like in a motel.

After complaining they place me in a 1 bedroom grande the one I saw in the presentation. They stated since I signed the contract I should have known what size I paying for. Since then my maintenance fee which is stated on contract to every other year was 486.00 estimated per contract now I'm paying for 2009 626.00. WestGate has defrauded a lot of people it's time to take them down Please use me for Class A lawsuit that are in the process.
