Yes, this "company" is still in business ripping people off three years later.
My subscription was paid 5 month ago and still no magazines. Now, after googling NetMagazine.com, I find out I have no chance of getting my money back. Don't even try the phone and fax #'s on the website. They are disconected. The only way to contact the company is through their "Help" feature on the website. What a joke! I am giving up, however, I have sent a complaint through the BBB Online website. I don't understate why California/Washington lets them continue taking peoples' money. The parent company is in Seattle.netmagazine.com is based in San Fransisco.
