Grp financial services flaw's in the way they apply my payments

I filed for chapter 13 in order to protect my home..in the meantime i have paid my morgage on time for 2yrs now. I have tried to refinance & everytime a request is made one they take weeks & then they would send a report showing that i was not current, they advised me that internally they considered me current, which a kept me from ref. My account is also loaded with so many "junk fees" i have no clue what they all are. At one time they were making me pay more than my morgage was supposed to be they collected x-tra money for a year, until my attorney advised them that was incorrect. They were applying the funds to the oldest outstanding contractual obligation due under the note, also appling some in "suspense" account. Also there is no way to distinguish between post-petion & pre-petition & show what is received from the trustee. Everytime i called or send something in writing my request are all ignored. The rep that i have to deal is horriable, she has no manners & does not know how to interact with peole unreal. They always pay my taxes late & i was even sold @ auction cause they did not pay the taxes, and then they paid & i had to get the release from the county. The same story goes for my homeowners ins, they wait till it lapse and then they pay. I am looking for an attorney that can help me in my are ocean county nj, there are other issues that i need help with also ref-to grp. Please advise if anyone knows one that deals with these practices these are following which are not legal...
