Debt Settlement company that isn't accredited with BBB, and has several complaints against them

I currently have a complaint filed with the BBB on this company, and plan to go through an attorney and the FTC for further investigations. I have been mistreated by its' owner as well, and would like to avoid this unfair treatment to continue. Consumers need to know that such scam companies exist.
