Big time rip off

I paid this company $160.00 to help me find a place to move in to. They never helped me or refund my money. I paid them in june i waited three months because the contract said after 90days they can refund me the money as long as i send them my lease contract. Now, three months and a half later im calling them and guess what?!?!?!? Their number dont work!!!
Is out of service, so i went and google it up to see if i can get a website and i find all this peoples complaint!!! This is crazy!!!

I already filed a complaint with the better business burea and i am taking small claim court.
