Crappy phones - zte phone

I have had several expensive phones from metro pcs. They were all defective. I now have another one purchased 4 months ago. That phone was also junk. They suggested I go ahead and buy another kind of phone since that particular type of phone had alot of complaints. The finally agreed to replace it with the same junk phone. Two weeks later, this phone is malfunctioning. They are refusing to replace it and suggested I purchase another type of phone. I am not a wealthy person and $200 is alot of money to spend on a phone that just does not work. This makes about the 14th phone in two years. They care nothing about customer satisfaction and obnoxiously said have a nice day on my way out the door. If this is how they do business, they shoud be shut down.
