Lies to get drivers

Started to work there 2 months ago and soon found out that nothing they say will be true. Promised home time that never came to be. Had a drug test and bus fare taken out of my first check, which was a little of nothing to begin with. Was assigned to a starter dispatcher whom i was told would evaluate me to find a perfect macth in a dispatcher -driver match. Well this guy would not even talk with me so how was he supposed to get to know me. Than was given a guy named mike * who did nothing to help me except to call and say i better not be late. Always when i was sleeping after driving 10 to 14 hours. His excuse was he likes to micro-manage. The pay never came to pass as i never could get decent miles. Was told this is all we have and if i didnt like it to bad. Always was asked if i wanted to quit. They care nothing about a driver.

I should point out mike cares nothing about a driver. Only that he looks good to mr. Dowdy.
Don't work for these guys bad news from the start.
