Mailed me a check for 4040.50

I recieved a check for 4040.50, with the check was a letter, the letter stated that I had won 250,780.00 and the 4040.50 was to assist me in paying my processing fee up front, so It instructed me to deposit the 4040.50 check into my account and after the check clear to withdraw 2900.00 and then contact them for payment instructions, and further release of the final payment, which was to be 194,780.00.

I called the number and a man answered the phone I asked him what game did I play on line to win this amount of money, his response was I don't know, you will recieve that information once you've completed all the process and get your final winnings. I googled the bank because it did not have an phone number on the check, the check looked authenic, and the bank actually existed. The check did not include an name or address of the sender. And the signature was 1 single letter. The letter stated that a man name Jacobs Morrison was the Account Manager.

Please do not fall victim to this scam If you win something you would be notified by certified mail, or email or via telephone. And remember that nothing is free because if you did'nt spend any money how could you win some. And when you recieve something like this don't be afraid to check it out. The internet is amazing, and when you find out its a scam post it on every web site you possibly can to ALERT other consumers
