Falty price Quote, Dishonest and poor work ethics... Never to be used again

Continential Express Inc. Is a Rip-off they tell you good things but they dont happen. They state they make the move the most afficiant and stress free which it was the total opposite.

The arrived somewhat on time but did not start working right away. Yes, they did move boxes from the truck and try to repack items that did not need to be repacked.

They moved all my stuff from my apartment to the street blocking traffic for the other tenants who live there as well. They moved very slowly to the [point that I had some of my friends come to help assist to move stuff to make them go faster.

But still once everything was out they still moved like snails. They perfectly loaded eveything into the street and no into the truck. This made no since to me as this afternnon move went well into the night.

All the free things they say they will do are not free and I would be charged for everything, Which my $500 qoute soared to $2500. When I told then that was being dishonest he stated that he didn't know about the $500 quote I was qouted.

This was the move from hell, they craked my dresser and broke my daughter dress knob. They left a mess behind and did not reassemble the 2 beds. He told me his time was up and if I needed him to stay longer I needed to pay him some more money.

They had no lights on the truck to offload the furniture we had to use our car lights so they could see to off load. Then he didn't want anybody other than than his workers to help him. They stopped of the store and he told me he would give me 10 minutes back.

He made his workers sit off to the side holding my furniture hostage trying to come up with a price for me to pay. All the while taking up more time to where I'm fussing at the man to move faster.

Then they wanted to leave all my furniture in my garage instead of putting it inside the house like they said. I still have to put the beds together and move furniture from the garage to the inside of the house.

I would not ever recomend this company to any body ever.
