On the 17th of September
I recieved a phone call at home saying congratulations I had won a holliday to America at the value of $10,500 the person on the other end of the line sounded like he was from india or there abouts. He told me i had won this holliday through credits on my Visa card and to claim my holliday I had to comfirm my name and visa card number.
At first I was a bit reluctant to give out these details so I told him if he gave me a phone number I could ring him back on I would ring him back and give him these details. Which I did. It was a phone number in Sydney. The guy told me he was from Amseers hollidays. This guy then Transfered me to someone else who claimed he was in florida. He then went on and told me he had all my details and told me I needed to pay stamp duty to claim this prize. The fee was $585. I was a bit reluctant to agree on that but he explained it would cost him $289 US to process the paperwork and get it out to me. I eventualy agreed on that. The paperwork was to take between five and ten working days to get to me. Twenty days later and no paperwork I rang the numbers I was given. 18882364588 plus the Sydney number and none of them were conected.
The only leed I have to where my money has gone is what is showing on my bank statement which is. Elite Financial services Cancun Qroo.
I do have a reference number here If anyone is interested in taking this matter up. I have been in contact with the police, and am holding back a little bit longer befor the fraud squad get involved.
