Phone call from indian guys knew my name house number post code seemed to know i was with yorkshire bank. Then said i was entiteled to monies back from ppi asked how i would like to be paid into account or cheque. They then told me the first 5 numbers on my card i thought ok i like a silly person then told them them the next 11 numbers when i had done this they asked for the three security numbers on back of card i said i am not happy giving these numbers out but they thn told me the first 4 numbers then i thought ok. I have since realised those 4 numbers are the last four on the front of the card. They then passed me onto a supervisor who went through some details in the conversation said i would recieve paperwork sign it and take it to the yorkshire bank and they would reimburse the 99.99 gharge. I was then passed onto someone supposedlly from First Call Claims who then just went through some details and the paperwork will be with you soon end of call. Been on internet and seen the number is a scam phone number was 02256800256 also give me a number for First call claims 0844 567 6305 and password which is the year i was born 1955. Having looked on internet they are based in eastbourne i have tried the 0844 number at 8'clock evening and an english guy comes on and says good afternoon phones are down engineers hope to get it up and running by 3'clock. Telephoned yorkshire bank straight after call and they told me the money had been taken out i cancelled my card straight away. Have contacted police last night wed not heard anything from them.
