Employee Beware! These people will waste your time

I always check out a prospective employer. A couple of red flags came up but they weren't really significant at the time. That's why I am posting this to warn others about this company. If I would have read what i am going to write there would have been no question as to going to work for this company.

It's interesting they have a problem paying their corporate filing fees in FL and GA. They might also have a filed company in New or NJ.

I was hired with 12 others for a "new" campaign in telemarketing. They didn't ask for a ss card, drivers license, drug test, no I-9 to make sure I was entitled to work, no GA witholding form. No clock in or out to keep track of hrs. (supposed to be paid a base which was never put in writing!!!

Yeah, I know now I was stupid to put in 4 full days until they fired me for no cause. (It was a made up reason b/c I think they realized their great expectations for the New campaign weren't going to be realized.) I was the 2nd to be let go. That leaves 10. I assume most of them will meet the same fate.

One other point. Your commission doesn't get paid until 60 days later. When "I" asked when we would get paid our base, I was told "around" the 15th and 30th of the month.

One other red flag I noticed going to the interview... A sign on the front door saying, "no Complaints Beyond Here" What could the current employees be complaining about? Pay maybe! Oh. Another thing. Our new group was told not to talk to the current group. Another red flag..

These folks are slick and are taking advantage of people who need to work. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
