Cario Group Inc, Cario Group Telecom Inc, Andrew Caragan, Albert Gaspar & Chris Burbano Not paid their workers for personal gain, i.E. Bid screen tv's, furniture... Ripoff

The owners of Cario Group have not paid people who have done work for them in over 3 months. And in two cases they have never been paid for work done in 06. They take money that should go to the workers and use it for their own pleasure such as going to the movies, on vacation, buy furniture, and big screen tv's.

They have been conning other people into using their credit history to buy a house for them to live in promising to make the payments in return for $10,000. This is done by getting a house appraised for more then what the selling price is and having the seller "credit back" anything over the asking price. The problem is that the money Cario gets from the seller is used for personal gain mostly. Then after not making payments on the house it forecloses on the people who used their credit to buy it and the owners of Cario Group Andrew Caragan, and Albert Gaspar walk away and find another victim to do it all over again.

They forge signatures on company checks which require 2 signatures for the check to be valid. They have forged or lied to the CA DMV to have vehicles put into their names which were titled in someone elses name.

Rumor has it that the CEO Andrew Caragan has forged his brothers name to buy a house as mentioned above using his brothers SSN. Cario Group has been sued for misappropreation of funds in 2006 for a dentist office which was under bid to begin with, but still they used some of the funds for personal pleasure, and are filing bankruptcy to avoid payment to those who seek payment from them.

They have formed an offshore corporation called Trinity Global Holding based out of Panama for tax shelter, which owns the company called Cario Group Telecom Inc.

They have falsified the business profit & loss margins in order to get multiple resellers license with DirecTv. Those profit and loss margins are not even close to what is reported to the IRS.
