Deposit ripoff

These people are taking forever to even meet with me about getting my $1200 deposit back for rent. We had house professionally cleaned on exit (approx $400 worth) and 2 weeks later, they say cabinets in master bath are dusty. Thats worth $1200??? We notified them of a sprinkler system malfunction... They didnt fix it... Now they say "the grass is brown". Well, gee, i wonder why?

Now, they say they have to email the owner to see what they want to do. Meanwhile, i'm out $1200 and the house is in rentable shape. It's up for rent right now so it can't possibly be too bad. Dust in the bathroom cabinent? Come on.

I can't believe someone could go to the house, say it's dusty inside 1 cabinent, and instead of wiping it out yourself (it cant even be that bad, i assure you it was cleaned) tell me you have to pay someone to go clean it... Haven't done it yet, mind you.

I would avoid these people. My humble opinion.
