Charged for larger drink than ordered at Phoenix 24th Street store

I have ordered the same breakfast each time at this store. They give you a larger drink than ordered and you also get charged for it. You get no receipt so you really don't have a clue how much you really paid for the meal if you used a debit or credit card. This is stealing and cheating!!! No more McDonald's for me. The manager, a hispanic female just said "Sorry, sorry." She didn't even know what I was trying to tell her and just wanted me to go away and leave the drive-thru. Disgusting dirty business practice.
