Bad Case of Mcdonald's Big Mac - big mac meal

It has been a long time since I been to Mcdonald. So tonight, I had a craving for a Big Mac. Went through the drive thru with a rushing robot, anything else, anything else he reply.By the time i get to the window to get my food, a lady just handed my drink without a straw, thought it will be in the bag, no courtesy smile or hello. Anyway when i got home, like 2 miles away, take a bite into my Big Mac and bam, my middle bun was hard as cardboard. Sat there for 5 minutes and thinking should i go back, but didn't. I was so furious about how my sandwich is. I want to go back to the store and tell the manager, but would he or she listen or just brush it off? So here i am, disappointed and furious.
