Deadbeat Dad dead beat only cares about himself Dad, didn't live up to his responsibilities

I have two daughters who have received no support from their father. I petitioned the courts and had him served with a support order for the children. He went to court, paid one time, and then stopped. He was issued back amounts to be paid, but still never paid.

He was finally told that if he didn't live up to his responsibilities he would lose his license. He refused, and called me and told me that I would never see a dime, and that I would never be able to find him again, and no one else would either.

He quit his job, went into hiding, and has a suspended drivers license, which I am sure has not stopped him from driving. I think my girls deserve better than that. The support he owes, he owes to them, not me, Them!

He is a Latino man, 5'10", 125-145lbs, black hair, brown eyes, usually sports a mustache, scars on his face, very pronounced lips, stretch marks on his upper arms, and has dark skin. I would appreciate anyones help in locating him, and making him accountable for his debts to his daughters. They were made as a joint effort, I believe they should be supported accordingly.
