Eric Pannell, Dead beat Father owes $20,000, Doesn't seem to care about supporting his child Ripoff

Eric Roland Pannell is my son's father. My son will be 15 soon and his father has never paid child support consistently. He currently owes close to $20K. Eric Pannell also has another younger son who lives in Oklahoma and I am sure he owes about the same about to him also.

Eric Pannell, I assume, works under the table because it's very seldom that his wages are garnished. I believe this has only happened one time in the past almost 15 years. His last known residence was at his parent's home in Derwood, Maryland but for some reason the police have never been able to serve him with any bench warrants that have been issued. Anytime there is a court date, Eric Pannell will not show up. A bench warrant is issued and then several months later he will turn himself in, only to be given another court date. This is a cycle that makes absolutely NO sense to me.

I have a case with the Child Support Enforcement Agency here in SC but due to the fact that I do not receive any type of financial assistance, and the large workload that these case workers carry... They are of little to no help. The Enforcement Agency in MD is not much better. Nobody can explain to me why Eric Pannell's drivers license has yet to be suspended. As he drives a truck for a living, a license is a MUST for him to be able to work. You would think if they would actually threaten and/or suspend it, he would get off his butt and pay.

The amount of child support my son is to receive is a small amount but it would help a great deal in his day to day needs such as clothes, food, etc. This amount has never been increased since the original court order was written about 10 years ago. If anyone has any information regarding Eric Pannell, please post a response. Let's start making some of these deadbeat "dads" be accountable!!
