Unfair con-artists & ripoff advertisement

I was totally mislead from Michelle Terrell and her supervisor. My husband even talked to the supervisor and asked 2 times if we were actually getting health insurance, after they had informed me that it was even a PPO plan.

The enrollment fee was $100.00 and we gave the credit card number for them to bill the fee to it.
I explained to both of them that I had been cancer free since 2001 but many companies had still declined me for any coverage. The kept repeating that there was no need to worry any longer because they could cover me with their health insurance plan.

When I finally received the information in the mail, it had in several areas that this was not to be confused as offering any health insurance. We were so upset because they had scammed us. I called right away to the 800 779 8668 number and the supervisor told me that Michelle was too busy to talk.

I stated that they had taken advantage of me and I wanted my total enrollment fee refunded. She advised me that the paper work for cancelling, would be sent to their refund dept. I e-mailed the refund dept. And never received the $100.00 credit.

I do not want to have others be taken advantage of from this company.

I wrote and complained to Howard Ain (trouble shooter) in Cincinnati, Ohio and hope that it will get put on tv by him.
