Do not use this company

I used Neighbors Moving and Storage approximately 2 years ago when I lived in Davie, Florida. The "4" men came late, worked VERY slow, would just hang out in the truck and then when I went to check on them, they would start working again. The men were constantly on their cell phones for long periods of time. One man dropped a large mirror and it came very close to hitting my 2 year old grand-daughter. We were told that they would write up the report and replace the mirror because it was their fault the mirror was broken. Of course, the incident was not written up and there was no record of the broken mirrow.

Then, because the men worked so slow, they didn't finish the job and had to come back the next day, Sunday, and we were charged several hundred dollars more for the men to come back and finish the job, including a fee for the truck. I would like to add that this was a small 3 bedroom condo, not a huge home!!!

To add insult to injury was spoken extremly rudly to and was even laughed out by this man at the Neighbor's office.in additional by the time this company got finished with me, the fee they quoted to move me had "doubled". There is no reason why 4 big men could not move a small 3 bedroom condo in one day...

I would never, ever, recommend this company to anyone and advise everyone not to believe anything this company tells them because it will end up costing them double. Oh yea, the 4 men were constantly mentioning that they would need a "tip"... Then one would come up and tell me that he was doing all the work and the others weren't working so he deserved the biggest tip. Be ware of this company.
