Is holding my credit card hostage!

BusinessPartners.com is a TOTAL SCAM. I signed up over seven months ago and the website never worked properly. Every month they bill me $50 and every month I have to dispute it with my credit card company. When I first signed up, I signed up for a one month plan only. They then changed their terms and conditions to make that a monthly recurring charge.

Their terms and conditions say there is a cancellation button somewhere on the site. There isn't one. They also say you can email them to cancel. At first when I emailed all the emails bounced back. Now they go through but nobody responds. I have tried calling them too. Nobody answers. It's a SPRINT PCS cell phone that goes to voicemail every time. I have left messages and nobody calls back.

I never got what I ordered, they did not cancel any of the MANY times I have requested, they don't respond to email and they don't respond to telephone calls. I cannot even find out exactly where they are supposedly located in Florida. My credit card company has been of no assistance. They say there is nothing I can do but keep disputing it every month or contact some "authority" for help.

Apparently changing your credit card number doesn't work and if your credit card expires that doesn't matter either. Once they have you on the hook, it's impossible to break free. This is becoming more and more common. My advice to anybody buying online is... GET A PREPAID CREDIT CARD and don't reload it. And whatever you do, don't do business with BusinessPartners.com. They are THIEVES.
