On 6.5.08, Icon Cleaning came to my house to clean the airducts. They also suckered me into buying a lifetime filter. The filter cost was $130.00 which the total bill was $870.00. The total cost included: 10 vents Main vent, 1 filter, and 3 treatments at various prices. All of that came to $870.00. A week later, I called them to find out the status of the filter. They told me that they have not received any filters yet.

They told me to call back in a week. Ok, two weeks come and I called again. They told me they received some filters in and I should receive one in the mail. If I don't receive it, call them back in a week. Another two weeks come, I called them again. They told me they were having problems with there vendor. Ok, two weeks come again. I call them again. They told me the same story. They told me to call them in 2 weeks. So, two weeks come again. On 8.29.08, I called them and left a message. I was asking them to refund the money for the filter. I called them twice after that which I got the answering service. After that I called 631-789-8700,800-827-4121,800-804-9717,516-922-3900, and 631-789-8015. Nobody picks up because the phones have been disconnected.

On 9.27.08, I drove to 44 Seabro Ave, Amityville, NY which is the location. To my surprise the place was abandoned. The place was completely empty. I saw furniture in the dumpster, large trash bags full of stuff, and lights. All of this was sitting outside. Also, I don't know for sure it these were there vans but I saw two vans which they had a "For Sale" on them. I did take pictures of everything except for the vans. Keep in mind, I called them each and every time. They did not call me at all. I am asking for at least the $130.00 but I should be asking for $870.00 for mental damage. On 9.10.08, I filed a complaint with BBB of NY. I never received any response from BBB. I have called them a number of times. They have not helped me at all. I need help in finding this company and bring relieve to me.
