Well on or before may I called the bank for a credit increase and they said I was approved they told me over the phone that it was $5,000.. Four month later I look in my statement and my interest was 26% interest from a seven or eight I had. I look at the statement i was over the limit about $1,100. I the immediately called and the representative said that there is nothing they could do for me. I told them what happen but she said she had no record of it. I told them I have been with you since 2005 I have a ever ever been late or over the limit and they said NO. I told them I wanted an investigation and I supervisor called me the next day BUT AGAIN UNWILLING TO HELP AT ALL. Becarefull with these scammers we need to stay away from this bank of america
