Billed twice in same month for credit card, they pulled a dirty trick, then put my other card into default because of it!

I have 2 Bank of America cards. One has a limit of $1,500, and the other is much higher. I was close to the limit on my $1500 card. When every single due date had been around the 7th and 8th of each month, all of a sudden Bank of America moves it up to the 29th or 30th of the previous month. So I suddenly got 2 bills in one month without realizing it. I was charged a late fee ($39), which put me over the limit and gave me another $39 fee. After arguing with customer service about it, they finally transferred me to someone higher up, who agreed that I was wronged and refunded the $78.
HOWEVER, Bank of America then jacked up the interest rate on my other credit card (the one with the much higher balance) all the way to 29%!!! I'd had their lowest interest rate that they offer. Of course they didn't notify me of this, and when I found out about it, I called to find out what was going on, they claimed it was because of a late fee and over the limit fee, and I told them that was B of A's mistake and it wasn't even the right card that had those fees. Meanwhile, my $1500 card which temporarily had those fees on there, remained at the lowest APR that Bank of America offers.
Jacking up the interest of the actual card that was hit with the fees (due to their dirty trick) wouldn't have generated nearly as much money for the crooks as doing it to the other card, so that's what they did. All of this because they suddenly moved the due date up to the previous month. They are dirty CROOKS. Stay away from Bank of America.
