Ripoff issued bad check

I like others I have read about paid MedPlan $349.00 in October and asked for a refund the day I recieved the policy. I was told the refund would be sent. After several phone calls and a contact to the Kentucky Attorney General's Office, I finally recieved my refund in July.

When I took the check to the band and deposited it, it was returned as a bad check. I called the company again and they said it was a mix up and they would issue another check. Well, it is January and I still do not have a replacement check.

I have called and the phone number is no longer in service and I sent a certified letter to the MedPlan in Albany New York telling them about possible legal action against them. The letter was returned saying that the address was a bad address and it could not be delivered. I feel this company should be made to fulfill the obligations and refund any and all money due. If anyone knows how to contact this company, please share with the rest of us.
