MedPlan inc Ripoff thieves

On the 3rd of April the company MedPlan inc. Has withdrawn $349.00 from my checking account from Washington Mutual Bank. On the 12th of April, I called them and I told them to cancel my account. They said okay, and they gave me the confirmation number 9988774. I have called them again on the 14th of May, the 29th of May, and many other times during July, but they still haven't returned me my money. Now finally they don't answer the phone anymore, and I have no contact with them by internet or e-mail.

I don't understand how they can allow these companies in the U.S. To steal from people through the documents by the bank account.
