MedPlan stole money out of my checking account

A company called MedPlan stole $349.00 out of my checking acc. They bounced 181.27 in checks. I went to the police and they didn't do anything. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they never answered the BBB, so they sent it to the Attorney General.
They faxed my compalaint to them in Chicago, and that's where I am now waiting. This happened 10-16-01 and now it 2 years later and I still waiting.
