Paul j. Hooten & associate - wachovia bank pjh uses fake judgments to levy personal bank accounts & wachovia is their best friend!

This scam artist has placed a hold on my checking accounts with a "restraining notice". The restraining notice contains information about a supposed judgment that was placed against me in 12 - when i was 18!!! Upon researching the court listed and the index number, i was horrified to discover that the court listed has no such judgment and the index number is a fraud. The index number is what identifies a judgment and case. The court has never had any record of any judgment ever placed against me. When i tell me bank about the fraud, they won't even talk to me! They tell me to call the number of this paul j. Hooten who is doing this to me. I am not even allowed to speak to the legal department who manages these cases for the bank!!!

Right now i am waiting for the county clerk for the court that was listed to send me a letter explaining that no such judgment exists. When it arrives, i still do not know if this will be enough for the bank to release my accounts! The most humiliating thing was that i had to borrow $5 from a co-worker to pay the fee to the clerk for the letter!!! Not only that, but i took an emergency loan from my 401k and i have no way to cash the check!!!
