Levy bank account without due process

John J Hooten set a hang on my consideration without providing me notice by notice or telephone call, he didn't contact me whatsoever. On Friday morning-after I created my deposit for that previous months profits, I had been informed from the bank teller there's a hang on my consideration positioned by Paul J Hooten & Contacts, after I named Henry J Hooten & Associates they explained these were gathering on conclusions from 1997 and 2001 equally medical expenses which were compensated after I offered my home in 2001. I guess they do not understand that easily did actually owe this cash, the statued on medical statement selection is 6 years plus they had no to continue with this particular hang on my bill... Whenever we named both businesses that initially submitted the Reasoning they'd no understanding of Paul J Hooten & Associates... I believe Paul J Hooten & Affiliates are fraud artists and victim on bad-debt more than 7 yrs old, I actually donot understand when the paperwork they delivered to the banks are actual or if your Judge actually signed-off about the levy. This I'll need to wait until Friday to discover, within the mean-time Robert J Hooten & Colleagues must be researched from the Attorney Generals office, I'm waiting on the response from their website in addition to the Bar Association concerning this issue. Please answer me when you have had an identical expieriance. I believe he's splitting regulations.
