International sattelite communication overly outrageously overcharge

I was on vacation this month. I decide to go against my own rules about using my credit card abroad, especically when it comes to phone calls. I havent spoken to my children in a week. I was missing them. I tried to keep the conversation shorter than this complaint. I called my children i said hi, are you being good? And i love you i will talk to your later. That took all but 1minute 28 seconds. I timed it. Do u know i received a bill for 45.00. I called to complain and they said oh we charge u at a 5 minute minimum. That's not what the phone i was using said. It said lowest rates ever. I could have sent 100 postcards and it would have been cheaper and i could have said more. Be on the look out for the lil yellow phones they have its a rip off anything that looks to good is not good at all. Dont let it happen to you..
