Still Have Not Received My Order After Almost 4 Months

On June 12, I ordered a garmet bag off the BagBinge.com website and on the same day wired the total amount due via Western Union. The company website says that as soon as it receives payment it will ship the bag shortly. I have contacted them several times via e-mail and phone and still have not received my bag. It has now been almost four months. I have tried to phone them over two dozen times and only once was the call actually answered by a representative who was unhelpful and only said that the order was in "back order" status and would ship as soon as it was ready. I was never told that this was a back order item.

On July 22, I sent an e-mail asking when this bag would ship, and they responded that it would ship in a week. Of course this was a lie since I still do not have the bag. I have asked for them to refund my money since it is clear that I will never receive this bag, and asked for a manager or owner to contact me. Neither of which has happened.

I have reported this company to the BBB, FTC, Florida State Attorney General, ICCC and to the Florida Division of Consumer Services all to no avail.

Do not order anything from this company! They are fraudulent and you will lose your money.
