Ripping my mom off on house!

Miscellaneous

My mom purchased a home from ford finance in 1995, she put a 4,000.00 down payment on a 32,000 home. She paid on the home till 2004 when vanderbilt took over the house. Therefore she had paid 25,591 dollars on the home plus a 4000.00 dollar down payment. Which that was 32,000 the price of the home in 2004!

Now they are charging her 341.00 a month for a house payment!!! And 70.00 a month extra for the so called insurance and just recently wrote her and told her that she was 1500.00 behind!!!?? From 2008 since then my mom has paid them an extra 16,414.08 cents! They have ripped my mom off! Making her pay a total of 49,203.72!!! It hurts me so bad because my mom is a senior citizen living off a once a month income! And the most screwed up part is they told her she still owed 22,000!!! I am so pissed off, but ILL tell you what i am getting an attorney, i would recomend that their state closed their company, they make their money off ripping of less fortunate people, now thanks to them my mom willnever even get to live to see her house paid for, vanderbilt ur garbage!!
