Becareful!!! WITH this piano mover

We hired a piano mover from the craigslist and his name is leo and from Garden Grove. His real name is THU LE.

*Initially, he agreed to move the piano on Friday the 27th. However, later he called us and said that he can only do it on Saturday night. Further, he said that he is a piano Technician and tune piano too. He offered us to tune the piano for $100. We agreed to pay $100 moving $100 for tuning 10% discount.

He was suppose to pick up the piano at 6.30 pm. Until 9.30 in the night he did not pick up piano. He did not have a gps and my husband had to direct him via phone.

Finally, he arrived at my house at 10pm. No helpers as it were mentioned in the advertisement. (Only one man). 90%, Lakewood house has at least 2 steps. Then he started changing his price.
