Warning! Warning! Do NOT use this company!

To all potential consumers out there: Do not use this company if you value your time and money! When I booked my move, I was gauranteed an estimated time of arrival. My movers arived 2 hours and 15 mins. Late! I was under serious time restraints because of this, and I was actually late getting out of my old apartment. Also, when I booked my move, I informed the company that I had a washer and dryer that needed to be moved. This was my first move that I have ever used a moving company, which I also informed the company of. I was not informed, however, that I needed to disconnect these appliances myself. Had I know this infromation, I would have taken care of this matter ahead of time, instead of having to disconnect them during the middle of my move.

I contacted the office to speak several times to the manger. He never called me back, and one time I heard him tell the secretaty to take a message because he did not want speak to me. Every time I spoke to him (a wopping 2 times!) he was rude and hostile. I had a few things damaged during the move and he insisted to come out to my apartment to come and see them. As if I, a single girl, would let in a strange angry man into my apartment!

I still have a BBB complaint pending, and we are going to enter mediation to hopefully solve this incedent.

Whatever you do, do not book with this company! I have lost over 300 dollars due to the lack of communication and organization with this company. Please save yourself from the hassle and choose a different company, or ask a few of your friends to help - you will actually recieve customer service that way!
