I ordered a 14 day trial for $1.95 and got charged $43.90

I ordered a 14 day trial for $1.95 and was charged $43.90 out of my account witch made it go negitive. I called to cancel my order the next day after ordering the tea and they lady assured me I would be refunded the money and that she would cancel everything and I would not get the tea. So I was told I would get my money back in 3-5 days and I havn'e got my money back and I was still shipped the tea and they want me to pay to ship it back. I am a single mother of a 2 year old I have no money and I couldn't even pay my phone bill because of this. This company is a rip off and they are crooks. Please if you read this do not ever order anything from this company they will keep charging your account.
