The Greens Of Old Hickory - Unprofessional Managment with False Advertising and Slow Reponse to Residence Requests

The Greens of Hickory Trail are some sorry apartments. Upon viewing they look OK, but managment sucks. They care more about renting out the most apartments they can versus making sure residents are taken care of.

They advertise there is around the clock maintenance and security when there isn't. I was burglarized on September 15 because there were wooden slats missing from my back fence. Maintenance took a while to fix my broken window and said they would return to fix other things and have not.

I called to have a stove repaired and it took over 2 weeks for someone to come out and look at it. They also like to tow vehicles without warning. It may not be law that they have to inform you, just common courtesy for their residents.
