As, mention by some of the other consumers who have had dealings with National Process Center. I was contacted by Mary Gilmore after an online inquiry. She was not promisingor pushy. She made me feel the company was worthy. We talked a couple of time before I gave my financial info. So, I felt good. But, then I tried to call back a few weeks later, when I hadn't heard anything more. I got a disconnected # for Mary Gilmore and call Customer Service and told that Mary Gilmore no longer worked there but my case was on file. So, I was told I should recieve a packet 25-30days after payment had cleared for 15days.

Then I called back 2weeks later to see why payment had no been taken yet. I left 4 messages and until the last one when I threaten to stop payment, did I ever recieve a return call, within 1hour from my angry message. I had called the bank and set up to stop payment and everything!

Then I receive call and they reassured me everything was good. There had been a computer gliche noting that my account and a hundred others had packets sent out. Apologized for the error and would be working on and I should expect a packet within the next 15days. So, I cancelled my stop payment with the bank and that still cost me $30. Then of course my payment was taken the following day!!! Of $385...

And I still never recieved a packet in 15 days, so I called back. And was told that they had to wait 15days for payment to clear and then packet would be mailed which could take 25 to 30 business days to reach me. I was given a date to call back if no packet was received.

Well, I'm at that point... I've been trying to call for a week, leaving upset messages and still no return call. Now they have my money and no need to talk to me anymore, I guess! I stuck and afraid I've given away money I didn't have to lose. Please give me a next step. Especially, now that I've read what other people have gone through. I don't know where to turn. Not even the better business bureau doesn't have anything on them.
