Beware of company!!! They will pay you to use your information social security number and buy property in your name, they will tell you that it will better your credit score and build it up... They will make that property go into foreclosure and you will be suied. They will tell you that they are selling the property to get it out of your name as a short-sale but that never happens. They are total scam artist. They take all your rent money and don't pay the loan of the house and when you confront them they will write you a bogus check on a wachovia account that is bad. BEWARE!!! Stay away from this company.
