I got ripped off bigtime at Napleton Nissan

I bought a 2002 Nissan Altima in Dec. 2005 for my son. I paid 20,000 dollars including the warranty. The car had 57,000 miles on it. At 77,000 miles the catalytic converter went out. Nissan fixed it under the warranty. Then 6 months later the engine blew a rod. Nissan had car for at least 2 months giving me the run around that they were waiting for an adjuster to look at it. Finally they said they ordered a used engine 42,000 miles but said I had to pay to clean it for 500 dollars or more! Said it was dirty. Then again this year the catalytic converter went out again and I had it replaced at a local auto shop in Jupiter, Fl where I live. Then it started not running right. I took it to Napleton Nissan. They said they couldnt find any leaks like the mechanic in Jupiter said. Nissan said it was burning oil. They wanted to charge me 1600 dollars for valve seal covers and they couldn't be certain that that was the problem. They said if not it would need a new engine. Then the car started leaking oil a few weeks later. My son kept adding it daily. Then he got stuck on I95. It started smoking. I had it towed to my mechanic in Jupiter. Nobles Servicecenter. He put another new engine in and it runs great now. Kurt the mechanic 561-746-7244 said that the butterfly screws that hold the engine were not tight at time that engine was put in and they fell down inside engine melting along the engine wall. Then it started making the engine leak. Kurt told me he called and told Napleton Nissan what had happened and told them to make sure they tighten those screws when they put an engine in!!! I paid 3500 dollars for a used engine!!! Talk about rippoff. I am single and I feel they really screwed me and took advantage of me and I am very upset about it. I am a single parent struggling and they can care less as long as they are out to make money for themselves!!!
