Tony Rubio promised to sell Aged Corporation with individual "CPN' Nos.

The total cost to purchase these was charged $44,650, 00. The Corporations were to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. It has been more than 3 months and he avoids my phones. If I get hold of him he says he is with a client or in a meeting and will call back. He never does.

I wrote him a registered letter with a return receipt to give my money back but he has not replied and never tried to contact me. I have cancelled checks given to him with his California Driver's No. And his finger print and his signature on the checks. I need help in getting my money back.
