Roberto Rubio contracted with me to Obtain the permits necessary to remodel my family residence in Key West, Florida. He also to supervise the remodeling of the work. Rubio was paid $10,000 for the work which he was to do. The paper work was begun by Rubio but never completed. As a result of the failure to complete his obligations the property was red tagged and I eventually lost the propery which hand been in the family for more than fifty years.

Rubio kept an additional $1500.00 of $10,000 which had been provided to him to obtain a plumber.

After being served by the Palm Beach County Sheriff Office Rubio returned $8,500.00.
