I was contacted by Resort Solutions about selling our time share in Tennessee by Tony Talavera. He had to have an ansswer that evening becaause the people were setting there with him that wanted to buy it. Tony said he could sell it in 3 to 4 weeks to these people and the money was in escrow for the purchase. After sever weeks passed I called Tony and he told me they had a garnishment showed up on their credit report and had to be paid before they could buy it. Tony sent a contract paaper assuring me it was just a formality to being able to sell it for us. Tony also said the $2493.00 would not come from my bank account till the sell. I went to the bank and the money had already been taken from my acccount. The bank manager gave me a form on the transaction to file because I did not receved the sell of our time share. Tony said the money had to paid up front first. I have talked to the manager different times when I was at the bank and told her that they still had not sold it. I asked Tony if this was a scamm and he assured me as well as the office girl said it was on the up and up. I contacted Tony maany times about the sell and he always come up with the credit report being cleared to finish the sell again I ask is this a con job and he assured me it was not. It going on 5 months still no sell and they told us they could keep our money after 90 days per contract they call it but he told me it was only a formality to sell. The first paper work was sent to a lady in Massachoseus, She called us to tell us she had our paper work and would send it to us. She also warned us about this company they have been reported to the BBB to check on line. Thats when I went to the bank a found out the money had been taken out only hours after talking to Tony. I think we were lied to and stalled around for our sale money now they are going to keep. We only agreed to sell because of medical bills my wife and I owed. We had just bought it and have not had a chance to use it. I hope you can help us recover our money it would really help with our situation. Thank you.
