Franchise business practices - corporate greed

I have liked every franchise, except one, I have been to. That's the problem; a corporate greed that gives out so many franchises in the last few years, that in my area of Albuquerque, that there is one franchise within lass than one square mile of each other. Look at their location maps. Just another corporation set up, to make small business owners fail' Too bad there is no hell, except what we live now.
