United States National Bank - Payday Loan Phone Scam Internet

Well, I got the same phone call last evening as Ron in Ca. Did. He called late at night, his name was Shawn Andrews. He claimed that he was an affadavit processor.
He had been contacted by UNITED STATES NATIONAL BANK, regarding a payday loan that I had received on November 13. He said that I had received the loan, and never paid it back. That several payments had been returned, and that the company had contacted me by email 7 times. He would not give me an account number, a phone number, or a loan amount (rather than it was $5480.87 plus court and atty fees).

He had all my personal information, such as address, ss#, bank info, family members names and phone numbers etc. He wanted my atty name and that he would contact me today. He did call, and he still wanted me to give him my atty phone number. He said that I would be picked up by the police today, and taken to the county court and then put in jail for stealing. Receiving a loan and not paying it back..

I was really upset, and then I found this site explaining that this is a scam. I hope this helps the next victim to understand not to panic, that this is a illegal phone call.
