Payday loan Scam... They said I took a loan out and didn't repay now the cops are coming for me

I received a phone call on September 12 from a man with a terrible accent telling me to call him back if not he feels sorry for me. I have had collection agencies call me but never like this. I asked him what was this about he said that I took out a Payday loan I asked him when did I take out the loan and he said in Nov. I asked him who was the original creditor he said Sonic Bank. He gave me personal information like e-mail address, references and name of my bank which made me feel like ok this is legit but something in my gutt said wait Jess you have been through this enough to know that this doesn't work like this.

He went further into like why did I do this and how come I haven't paid. I said that this is the first time I hear of this and how come they haven't contacted me before he said they don't do that. I asked for further information for paper work for the orginal contract sent to me he said he can't do that until the debt is paid. I asked if I wanted to get this done how much would I have to pay he said 1096.00 if not at court it would be 5484.00 plus legal fees once I heard that I said NO.

I wanted and asked to speak to a Supervisor instead of putting me on hold like a normal company the so called Suprvisor came to the phone. I asked him for the name of the company which then he said "National Process Division" and that is not what the first man called the company. So I just said go ahead I will see you in court. I spent the whole weekend upset and scared, I didn't even go to work today because of it. Thank god I found this website and found out that I am not the only one that this has been done too. I want to take these people down and I never want to go through this again.
