Took my clients and my money to build tack tunks and saddle racks to the tune of 4500.00 did not deliver Danbury Iowa

We contacted this fellow and his wife online about purchasing tack trunks, bridle racks, etc. He and his wife gave us a quote so I had my clients and myself send checks for 1/2 payment as per the ageement. He called and said he needed the balance and then he would ship. Two saddle racks and two bridle racks came after much prodding. He claimed he couldnt get the brass to finish the trunks but be patient after 4 months no trunks and very difficult to get in contact with. Then closed his website and said he wasnt taking more orders as he was having personal problems. I contacted Mary Harper at the Attorney Generals Office. She said he was planning on paying everyone back in time as he made money. But would not say when or how much nor have we had any contact. We are planning on filing suit.
