Payments Not Posted and Escrow Account Forced on Borrower

They messed up my credit by stating my payments are missing.
They are not posting my payments to my account, and harassing phone calls threaten to take action and foreclose on my home. No payments are missing, yet they are charging me late charges. It almost caused me a divorce.
There is no escrow account. I never filed for an escrow account, and they forced one on me. I pay my own insurance and house taxes. They say they will fix it but never did. They messed up my credit so badly that no other company will refinance me. Please help me.
